Join Allied Movement Productions as we honor Juneteenth with Makossa, an electrifying EDM event that pays homage to the infectious rhythm that once dominated the streets and radio stations of Central and West Africa. Makossa translated as “(I) dance” in the Douala language, was at the heart of Cameroon's post-independence musical pride, and we're excited to bring that same energy to the dance floor. Come celebrate with us as we pay tribute to the rich cultural heritage of Makossa and the freedom that Juneteenth represents.

In the wake of a devastating car crash, our community rallies together to support two remarkable individuals: Max Myers and Jake Winters. Their lives were forever changed when tragedy struck, but our collective compassion and generosity can make a difference.
The Accident
On a fateful day near 23rd and Wheeling, a tire came off a Jeep, causing a multi-vehicle head-on collision. Max and Jake were among those involved, and their injuries have left them facing immense physical, emotional, and financial challenges.
